At FNB HR Services India, we follow a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure clarity and trust for all candidates using our recruitment services. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following refund terms:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

The following charges are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the application outcome:

  • Registration fees (if applicable)
  • Interview processing charges
  • Document evaluation or verification fees
  • Any service already completed before a refund request is made

These charges cover administrative and operational costs.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If the candidate has made a payment for a specific service that FNB HR Services India is unable to deliver.
  • If the job offer is cancelled by the employer before visa processing, and no replacement opportunity is available.

Refund decisions will be made only after reviewing the case and verifying official payment receipts.

3. No Refund Under the Following Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The candidate withdraws from the recruitment process after service initiation
  • The employer rejects the candidate after interview or assessment
  • The visa application is denied by immigration authorities
  • The candidate fails medical tests or background verification
  • The candidate provides false documents or inaccurate information
  • The candidate violates terms of service
  • The employer modifies job conditions after joining (salary, duties, accommodation, etc.)

4. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing along with valid proof of payment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 15–30 working days to the original mode of payment.
  • Service charges already utilized or processed are non-refundable.

5. Official Receipts

Refunds are processed only for payments made with an official receipt issued directly by FNB HR Services India.

Payments made to unauthorized individuals, agents, or third parties cannot be refunded.

6. Policy Updates

FNB HR Services India reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this website.
